This page explains what Corveld Garage Door Repair Experts of Brook ("we") collects through corveldgaragedoorexperts.com and phone calls, and what happens to it. Questions go to info@corveldgaragedoorexperts.com or (781) 236-7155.
What the callback form collects
When you send the form we receive the name, phone number, service choice and message you typed, plus the time of the request and the IP address it came from. The form has no photo field and asks for no payment details.
Why we use it
Only to call you back about the garage door job you asked about, to schedule the visit and to keep a record of the request in case you call again. We do not sell or rent this information, and we do not add you to a marketing list.
Who else sees it
Form requests travel by email to the intake inbox our dispatch team works from, and a short log is kept on the web server so a lost email does not mean a lost customer. The technician assigned to your visit sees the details needed for the job. Information is disclosed to anyone else only if the law requires it.
Third-party content on the site
Pages load fonts from Google Fonts and show a Google Maps view of our location. Those services can receive your IP address and set their own cookies under Google's privacy policy. The site itself does not run advertising trackers.
How long we keep it
Request records are kept as long as they are useful for serving you and for ordinary business records, then deleted. You can ask us at any time to see or delete what we hold about you by writing to the address above.
Children
This site is meant for adults arranging work on their homes. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted here with a new date at the top.
